At NextStop, we are committed to ensuring your privacy. This policy covers how NextStop treats personal information that NextStop collects and receives. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

Please note that NextStop does not knowingly collect any personal information from persons under the age of 13.


As of May 2012, all comments are now managed via the DISQUS Community commenting system.  Commenters are not required to create a DISQUS account in order to comment on the NextStop STL blog.

Creating a DISQUS commenter account will require you to create a user name and a valid email address.  You may also create a DISQUS account using a previsouly established Facebook, Twitter or Google account.

If you decide forgo the creation of a DISQUS account.  You can still  comment as a guest.  A name and valid e-mail address are required for guest comments.  We will utilize this information to respond to comments and emails for Blog-related purposes only. We do not share any personally identifying data about our Blog commenters with anyone.

If you choose to create a DISQUS account, you are subject to their Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

NextStop reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this privacy policy statement at any time. You should check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of this site following the posting of changes to this policy will mean that you accept those changes. By using our web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by NextStop.
